ETHAN DOOLEY

Ethan is a Registered Paramedic and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in intensive care, emergency department, pre-hospital and austere medicine, with a broad range of qualifications and experience. Ethan has extensive mass gathering and special event medicine experience, looking after some of Australia’s biggest events and gatherings. He has completed the internationally accredited Major Incident Medical Management Course at the Commander level and the international school of tactical medicine program. He also holds recognised certifications in - Sports Medicine, ALS (Advanced Life Support), APLS (Advanced Paediatric Life Support), PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support), Advanced ECG interpretation and Acute Complex Care. Ethan has recently completed a Masters in Traumatology and is currently undertaking further study in Aeromedical Retrieval and Critical Care Medicine.

STEPHANIE CURTIS
RP, BachClinPrac(Paramedicine)

Stephanie Curtis is a highly experienced Registered Paramedic with over 10 years of service with NSW Ambulance, including the last two years as a Senior Flight Paramedic. Known for her adaptability and leadership, Stephanie transitioned into the role of Case Coordinator to support her team, quickly rising to the position of Manager - Corporate Services and HR, before excelling into her current position as General Manager. In addition to her operational expertise, Stephanie has contributed significantly to the education of future healthcare professionals, serving as an Academic Tutor for more than six years, guiding and mentoring aspiring paramedics. Her dedication to professional development has seen her further advance her retrieval career, and she is due to complete her Postgraduate studies in Aeromedical Retrieval, solidifying her expertise in this highly specialised field. Stephanie’s career reflects a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning, qualities that define her impact in both frontline emergency response and strategic workforce leadership.

DR TERRY NASH

Dr Nash graduated medicine at the University of Queensland in 2003 and is currently Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine and the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Queensland. He has extensive experience as a Rural Generalist in both General Practice and Emergency Medicine. He had a distinguished career with the Royal Australian Air Force as a Medical Officer. During that time he initiated and  coordinated Aero Medical Evacuations using both rotary and fixed wing assets across Northern Australia as well as deployed locations in the Middle East Area of Operations. He has conducted numerous medical evacuations and transfers across the globe. He is dedicated to providing high quality medical transport and continuous medical care from point of injury until back home.

Dr Nash also has interests in supporting the health care needs of the elderly through providing novel delivery methods of emergency medicine. He had also been a long-standing advocate for high quality pre-hospital Medical care and paramedicine.
