ETHAN DOOLEY

Ethan is a Registered Paramedic and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in intensive care, emergency department, pre-hospital and austere medicine, with a broad range of qualifications and experience. Ethan has extensive mass gathering and special event medicine experience, looking after some of Australia’s biggest events and gatherings. He has completed the internationally accredited Major Incident Medical Management Course at the Commander level and the international school of tactical medicine program. He also holds recognised certifications in – Sports Medicine, ALS (Advanced Life Support), APLS (Advanced Paediatric Life Support), PHTLS (Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support), Advanced ECG interpretation and Acute Complex Care. Ethan is completing further studies in critical care medicine.

KYLIE BOND

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Kylie brings with her decades of experience across the international medical assistance and retrieval sector throughout Indonesia, Singapore, and Australia. 

Kylie’s background combines extensive expertise in medical assistance, aeromedical coordination, and corporate health operations, making her a valuable addition to our growing global operations team.

Throughout her career, she has worked within high-pressure and complex environments supporting multinational organisations, remote and offshore operations, mining sectors, insurers, and government agencies; all requiring safe, timely, and strategically coordinated medical movements.

Her leadership experience includes senior roles with International SOS, where she supported the implementation of corporate health programs during the SARS outbreak and managed remote-site medical operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Kylie also oversaw healthcare program delivery for the American Armed Forces throughout the region, maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, continuity of care, and patient outcomes.

Kylie brings extensive experience in both air ambulance and commercial medical escort coordination, having managed patient transfers throughout East Asia and internationally.

Kylie offers a strong regional understanding and practical insight into the challenges of international medical assistance and retrieval operations.

DR TERRY NASH

Medical Director

Dr Nash graduated medicine at the University of Queensland in 2003 and is currently Staff Specialist in Emergency Medicine and the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Queensland. He has extensive experience as a Rural Generalist in both General Practice and Emergency Medicine. He had a distinguished career with the Royal Australian Air Force as a Medical Officer.

During that time he initiated and  coordinated Aero Medical Evacuations using both rotary and fixed wing assets across Northern Australia as well as deployed locations in the Middle East Area of Operations. He has conducted numerous medical evacuations and transfers across the globe. He is dedicated to providing high quality medical transport and continuous medical care from point of injury until back home.

Dr Nash also has interests in supporting the health care needs of the elderly through providing novel delivery methods of emergency medicine. He had also been a long-standing advocate for high quality pre-hospital Medical care and paramedicine.
